Many of the videos on this list contain buckets of blood, nudity, depictions of rape and murder, and, yes, even animal cruelty. If you have a problem with any of that, then you better just turn around and go back the way you came.

Second thing, we don’t participate in, condone, or suggest that any of our readers take part in any acts that are violent (don’t murder or rape anyone), that are demeaning or dehumanizing, that are disrespectful, or that are cruel to, well, anything. Basically, don’t do this shit at home.

The way we see it, these explicit music videos are collaborative expressions of the bands and directors making them. Whether the videos are artistic or not is not for us at Yell! Magazine to decide.

We did a similar list before, Top 10 Gory, Disturbing, And F#@%ed Up Music Videos, but those videos, while definitely disturbing, were less shocking than what we’re presenting today. This time out, we sought out some of the goriest explicit music videos in existence. Just like in exploitation films, there’s graphic depictions of disembowelment, rape, satanic ritual, copious amounts of blood, cannibalism, and more.

Again, before we get started with this list of explicit music videos, if you have a weak stomach, are easily offended, or you have a pacemaker, leave now! The horrors on display here are unlike those seen in an Alice Cooper or GWAR show.

No.10 “Chop Chop” – The Panic Beats

Chop Chop by The Panic Beats from Dustin Mills on Vimeo.

Let’s start with something light, at least musically it’s light compared to the other songs on this list. With a pop-punk, Ramones-like sound, The Panic Beats have produced basically a short movie, complete with an exploitation-style title shot. Stalking, tortuous murder, and nudity – it’s a literal bloodbath.

No.9 “(s)AINT” – Marilyn Manson

OK, so putting Marilyn Manson on this list of explicit music videos is either a no-brainer or really stupid. It might not be as violent as other videos here, but explicit sex, graphic drug use, cutting, masturbation, blood, yeah, maybe it’s a no-brainer. This video was also directed by Asia Argento, daughter of horror legend Dario Argento.

No.8 “Worlock” – Skinny Puppy

Yes, you’re still being eased into the real gory videos on this list. I think the electro-industrial influence of Skinny Puppy is evident in many bands that followed, and while the video for “Worlock” may not have been composed of original footage, it was brutally violent for 1990. The video contains a vocal sample of Charles Manson reciting lines from The Beatles’ “Helter Skelter,” and scenes from many horror movies, including Deep Red, Suspiria,Tenebrae, Combat Shock, Phenomena, Opera, The Beyond, Hellraiser II, Bad Taste, Dead & Buried, Luther The Geek, Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer, From Beyond, Parents, Death Warmed Up, Intruder, and Altered States. “Worlock” was banned worldwide.

No.7 “Mein Herz Brennt” – Rammstein

Rammstein’s “Pussy” is a more explicit music video than “Mein Herz Brennt” (“My Heart Burns”) is, but this video is a visual mind-blower. With a The Cell meets Eyes Wide Shut vibe, this video makes no qualms about exploring, well I’m not entirely sure what it’s exploring. However, there are imprisoned children, some weird surgery, self-cannibalization, and something supernatural.

No.6 “Tarnished Gluttony” – Job for a Cowboy

Yes, this video contains an explicit disembowelment, but the whole scene only takes about two minutes in the nine minute video. What’s most disturbing is the father sacrificing his son.

Vocalist Jonny Davy explains the Michael Panduro-directed video:

“‘Tarnished Gluttony’ originally runs off the idea of blind faith into our government and monetary system. The director ran with the idea and spliced it with a H.P. Lovecraftian twist. The video streams the fascination of religion and the actions people justify in the name of religion, and this video is a spin on the old biblical tale of Abraham and Isaac, however, set in the world of Lovecraftian mythology. The point is, acting blindly in faith to a Christian deity is just as absurd as worshiping squid like monsters from space who live under the sea.”

Emigrate To Release Silent So Long In October https://www.yellmagazine.com/emigrate-release-silent-so-long-october/89276/ https://www.yellmagazine.com/emigrate-release-silent-so-long-october/89276/#respond Mon, 01 Sep 2014 14:40:12 +0000 https://www.yellmagazine.com/?p=89276 emigrate - silent so long

Rammstein fans have likely already tuned into the likes of Emigrate, formed by Rammstein guitarist Richard Kruspe. Back in 2007, Emigrate released their self-titled debut, and now, a life time later, Emigrate is ready to release the follow-up album, Silent So Long (an appropriate title, no?) on October 21st.

Silent So Long — produced by Emigrate and mixed in Los Angeles by Ben Grosse (Marilyn Manson, Slipknot, Disturbed, etc.) — features 11 brand new tracks, with a lead single and corresponding video to be announced soon.

Kruspe handles guitar and song-writing duties, as well as vocals. However, favors were called in for Silent So Long, which includes guest vocals from Motörhead’s Lemmy, Korn‘s Jonathan Davis, Marilyn Manson, Peaches, and Frank Dellé from Germany’s Seeed. Kruspe talks about the guest vocalists:

I didn’t write the songs with specific guests in mind. I just thought who would do the best job on this or that track, and the final performances were everything I was hoping for. You know, I’ve had about five moments in my music career when I’ve been left smiling like a child – one was when Rammstein sold out New York’s Madison Square Garden in 20 minutes (2010), but the last one was hearing Lemmy on tape. It just sounds fucking great! I wrote him a really long message and he came back ‘alright!’ Fantastic!

Kruspe is once again joined by guitarist/producer Olson Involtini and bassist Arnaud Giroux, and this time around by drummers Mikko Sirén (Apocalyptica) and Joe Letz (Combichrist).

We’ll keep you posted as news of Emigrate emerges.

Nymphomaniac (2013) Trailer – Rammstein Made Me Watch This [VIDEO] https://www.yellmagazine.com/nymphomaniac-2013-trailer-rammstein-watch-video/74296/ https://www.yellmagazine.com/nymphomaniac-2013-trailer-rammstein-watch-video/74296/#respond Thu, 05 Dec 2013 15:57:41 +0000 https://www.yellmagazine.com/?p=74296 Nymphomaniac (2013)Lars von Trier is king of controversy when it comes to filmmaking. For proof, just watch any press conference he’s done for Melancholia or Antichrist and you’ll see nothing positive come out of his films. Mix his work with a controversial metal band from Germany like Rammstein, and you get the first red band trailer for Nymphomaniac, a film about a female sex addict who recounts her erotic experiences to the man (Stellan Skarsgård) who saved her after a beating.

As soon as Rammstein’s song “Führe Mich” kicks in, which is pretty much as soon as you hit play, you’re in for fucked up ride and jump right into the sex world of Joe (Charlotte Gainsbourg) and a younger Joe played by Stacy Martin, the main character in the film who most likely has more sex than any other person on the planet.

Personally, I wouldn’t be surprised if this film ends up in the porn section at your local video store since the sex scenes are explicit enough to give you the hardest boner just from watching the trailer. The film actually features real sex, but with body doubles and some CGI use.

Curious to see what Trier has been up too, then watch this trailer.

Rammstein – Live Aus Berlin (1998) – Yell! Magazine’s Full Concert Series https://www.yellmagazine.com/rammstein-live-aus-berlin-full-concert/72799/ https://www.yellmagazine.com/rammstein-live-aus-berlin-full-concert/72799/#respond Sat, 16 Nov 2013 02:57:00 +0000 https://www.yellmagazine.com/?p=72799 Formed in 1994, Rammstein is one of the most controversial, shocking, and provocative metal bands around. They’ve been arrested for simulating sex on stage, they’ve mocked Armin Meiwes’ cannibalism case, they’ve made a pornographic music video, and, last but not least, early on in their career they were accused of being fascist sympathizers in their native land, Germany.

But isn’t heavy metal about controversy? As long as it’s done intellectually, pushing the limits of taste and confronting social issues is a heroic act in my opinion.

Nonetheless, Rammstein is well-known for having one of the best and most visually stunning live performances. Even in 1998, when Live aus Berlin was filmed (the VHS/DVD was released in 1999), just 4 years after forming, the stage show was massive and phenomenal.

And don’t even start in about the music. Rammstein’s sound is among the most infectious in metal… and you can dance to it, bitch! Of course there’s always been that dance/goth club feel in industrial metal. I put Rammstein in the industrial genre, but many would put them in the lesser known Neue Deutsche Härte (New German Hardness) category.

If you want to see that simulated sex with a vomiting dildo, it happens during “Bück dich,” at 56:30.

Rammstein – Live aus Berlin track list:

1. “Spiel mit mir (“Play with me”)”
2. “Bestrafe Mich (“Punish Me”)”
3. “Weißes Fleisch (“White Flesh”)”
4. “Sehnsucht (“Longing”)”
5. “Asche zu Asche (“Ashes to Ashes”)”
6. “Wilder Wein (“Wild Wine”)”
7. “Heirate mich (“Marry Me”)”
8. “Du riechst so gut (“You Smell So Good”)”
9. “Du hast (“You Have”)”
10. “Bück dich (“Bend over”)”
11. “Engel (“Angel”)”
12. “Rammstein”
13. “Laichzeit (“Spawning Time”)”
14. “Wollt ihr das Bett in Flammen sehen? (“Do You Want to See the Bed in Flames?”)”
15. “Seemann (“Seaman”)”

Yell! Magazine’s Concert Series brings you kick-ass live shows to get your party started right and to help you vent your Friday frustrations.

Korn’s Family Values Festival Makes A Comeback In 2013 https://www.yellmagazine.com/family-values-festival-comeback-2013/66330/ https://www.yellmagazine.com/family-values-festival-comeback-2013/66330/#respond Mon, 02 Sep 2013 17:06:25 +0000 https://www.yellmagazine.com/?p=66330 Korn 2013

We haven’t seen a Family Values Tour in 6 years, since 2007. Technically, we’re not getting a tour now either. What we are getting is a one-day Family Values Festival. The fest is scheduled to take place on October 5th, however, details about its location are still AWOL. Korn will release their new album, The Paradigm Shift, on October 8th, making the Family Values Festival a great jumping off point for promotion.

The promo video for Family Values Festival below seems to indicate a number of bands who will be performing, although everything is yet to be confirmed. As you’ll see, the bands included in the video are: Rammstein, Stone Sour, Limp Bizkit, Ice Cube, Deftones, and Korn. We’re pretty sure that we can confirm that Korn will be headlining — if not, you can chop our balls off and post a video about it. Additionally, since Korn and Limp Bizkit hit the mainstream at about the same time, isn’t it nice that Korn is possibly giving Limp Bizkit a pity gig?

Let us know if this is something you’re interested in or if the Family Values Festival is too dated now.

Rammstein Release Disturbing Video For “Mein Herz Brennt” https://www.yellmagazine.com/rammstein-release-disturbing-video-mein-herz-brennt/45884/ https://www.yellmagazine.com/rammstein-release-disturbing-video-mein-herz-brennt/45884/#respond Sat, 15 Dec 2012 15:42:45 +0000 https://www.yellmagazine.com/?p=45884 Rammstein - Mein Herz BrenntIt’s not often that Rammstein releases a video worth watching… wait, yes it is. The latest offering from the German industrial band is “Mein Herz brennt” (My Heart Burns), which is actually a track from 2001’s Mutter. It might seem odd to revisit an older track, but it makes perfect sense if said track is included on your recently released greatest hits comp (in this case, entitled Made in Germany: 1995-2011) and it’s the only track that was never released as a single and never had an accompanying video.

So, Rammstein did the only right thing they could given the situation; they righted a wrong and released the song as a single to promote the upcoming DVD Videos 1995-2012 and made not just one but two videos (of two different versions) for “Mein Herz brennt.” Although the video for the second piano version of the track isn’t as involved as the explicit version, the music is hauntingly beautiful.

“Mein Herz brennt” Piano Version

Considering some of Rammstein’s previous videos, it’s a little unclear as to why the explicit version of “Mein Herz brennt” is explicit. It actually doesn’t look too far removed from 2000’s The Cell, starring Jennifer Lopez. Given the news of the day, December 14, 2012, it’s a little disturbing to see a gun, a school, and children in a metal video — metal heads better be prepared for some backlash — but Rammstein can hardly be blamed for something they did prior to today.

First Single ‘MEIN LAND’ From The Rammstein Retrospective ‘MADE IN GERMANY 1995-2011’ [VIDEO] https://www.yellmagazine.com/single-mein-land-rammstein-retrospective-made-germany-1995-2011-video/23708/ https://www.yellmagazine.com/single-mein-land-rammstein-retrospective-made-germany-1995-2011-video/23708/#comments Fri, 11 Nov 2011 22:05:40 +0000 https://www.yellmagazine.com/?p=23708 As promised by Rammstein, the new single “Mein Land” off the upcoming album Made In Germany 1995-2011 just hit internet waves today.

At first glance the video seems like a peaceful 60s homage to Elvis Presley’s Blue Hawaii with beautiful babes in bikinis, lots of hip movement, surfing, and suntan lotion rubbing. With captions in the video like “Here are the girls!”, and “It’s fun that never stops!”, how can you really take Rammstein so seriously? You simply can’t. Rammstein is a perfect example of a band that knows how to have fun, and be controversial at the same time. Sure, it’s nothing like their uncensored “Pussy” video which, was released back in 2009, but you still get that Rammstein punch near the end of the video with some nice scenes of nudity, fighting, and some girl on girl action.

A full European tour in support of Made In Germany has been confirmed that will spawn from November 2011 to March 2012.

Now, I urge you to check this music video out, it’s awesome!
