A couple of weeks ago we brought you the new track from Baroness, “Chlorine & Wine.” Now, in conjunction with a tour announcement, the band has released the official video for the track from their forthcoming album, Purple, which is due out on December 18th. The video is a simple concept of the band performing/recording the track in the studio, but somehow it’s terribly compelling to watch. Check it out in the player above and let us know what you think.
As far as the tour goes, John Baizley states:
We’ve been off tour for too long. It’s time for Baroness to start playing shows in the U.S. again. We’re doing a short run through the eastern half of the States, in small clubs, getting our new songs stage ready for 2016. Who knows, maybe we’ll even throw in a few songs from the very early EPs and albums. See you soon.
