When we first covered Annabelle, we never thought in a million years that the horror film would spawn two sequel. Well, it definitely did and a third Annabelle film is coming to theaters in the near future.
On Friday, Annabelle Comes Home was officially revealed via Annabelle’s Twitter page.
Determined to keep Annabelle from wreaking more havoc, demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren bring the possessed doll to the locked artifacts room in their home, placing her “safely” behind sacred glass and enlisting a priest’s holy blessing. But an unholy night of horror awaits as Annabelle awakens the evil spirits in the room, who all set their sights on a new target—the Warrens’ ten-year-old daughter, Judy, and her friends.
Written and directed by Gary Dauberman (based on a story idea from James Wan and Dauberman), Annabelle Comes Home stars McKenna Grace, Madison Iseman, Katie Sarife, Patrick Wilson, and Vera Farmiga.
Warner Bros. will release the film on Friday, June 28th.
