by In This Moment recently debuted a new track, “Sex Metal Barbie,” and it’s going to take some time to get used to. Still present is the dubstep influence we saw on their last album, Blood, an on this track there’s some rap influence that conjures unpleasant images of Nicki Minaj (although, anything In This Moment does is automatically a million times better than anything that twerk queen does). I’ll put in the effort to try to find something to like in this new material, but only because I love In This Moment’s previous work.
