Ubisoft is killing it again this year at E3 in Los Angeles with awesome new game franchises and sequels like Rainbow Six Siege, The Division, Far Cry 4, The Crew, and the hotly-anticipated Assassin’s Creed. Everyone already expected that the next installment titled Assassin’s Creed Unity, which takes place during the French Revolution, was going to be showcased in depth at E3, and it was. Apparently, there’s nine other studios working on Unity, the first sequel in the series that will be built specifically for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
Earlier during the convention, Ubisoft demonstrated a four-player online co-op mode, a mode that is completely new to the series. Additionally, the game’s creative director, Alex Amancio, demoed the single player mode with Arno Dorian, the new protagonist. You can watch that demo now in the video player right above.
A pre-order page is also available for Assassin’s Creed Unity. The worldwide release is confirmed for October 28, 2014.
