We got great news for players who finished Shinji Mikami’s The Evil Within quickly and are looking for more challenging missions to complete next month. Bethesda, the company that published the horror game in October, announced today that the first DLC, titled The Assignment, will be released on March 10, 2015, on all platforms, including Windows PC.
In The Assignment, players will get to play as Juli Kidman, a detective who recently partnered with Sebastian Castellanos and Joseph Oda on the gruesome mass murder case, which took place at the Beacon Mental Hospital. Throughout the game’s main campaign, Juli is seen a handful of times pursuing Leslie more fiercely than Sebastian. Now, players will get to understand her pursuit and why she isn’t affected by the powerful force of Ruvik in the first of a two-part expansion.
If you don’t already have The Evil Within‘s $20 DLC pass, which bundles The Assignment, The Consequence, and The Executioner, you can purchase each individual DLC for $10.
