Horror movie legend Kane Hodder stars in Muck, which is scheduled for a 2014 release – well after the June 14, 2013, theatrical release of Hatchet III. Actually, we’ve all but secured an interview with Hodder near the end of the month regarding the Adam Green film.
But I digress, I’m here to write about Muck.
Muck is written and directed by newcomer Steve Wolsh and stars Lachlan Buchanan, Puja Mohindra, Bryce Draper, Stephanie Danielson, Laura Jacobs, Grant Alan Ouzts, Lauren Francesca, 2012 Playmate of the Year Jaclyn Swedberg, and Kane Hodder as Grawesome Crutal. Now, you tell me how cool Grawesome Crutal is as a character name.
Obviously, I’m going to skip over the Playmate (Google image search her if you want) and focus on Hodder, who I’m assuming is a one of the two evils mentioned in the Muck synopsis below – duh. I’m also going to assume that Hodder’s evil is the greater – the man just personifies evil.
Hodder is so evil, in fact, that in addition to Muck and Hatchet III, he has 12 other films either in completed, pre-production, or post-production status.
Little else is known about Muck, but you can check out their official Facebook page for more details.
Muck (2014) synopsis:
After narrowly escaping an ancient burial ground, a group of friends find themselves trapped between two evils forcing them to fight, die, or go back the way they came.
