The Lamb of God documentary, As the Palaces Burn, premieres next month on November 20th, at the International Documentary Film Festival in Amsterdam.
Earlier today, the second trailer for Director Don Argott’s film was unveiled and it captures the essence of metal, what it means, its lifestyle, and why we love it, and through the words of Slash we get an idea of just how much metal has changed in the last couple of decades. All this before the three-minute trailer takes a turn to show how heavy metal, and Randy Blythe, can be made a scapegoat for tragedies that befall our youth. That’s an aspect of heavy metal that hasn’t changed in the last 40 years.
Don Argott is a well respected dirctor who’s responsible for Pentagram’s documentary, Last Days Here and School of Rock.
