Lamb Of God’s Randy Blythe Has Been Arrested

Holy shit! It’s been reported that Randy Blythe, Lamb of God frontman, was arrested in the Czech Republic today, June 28, 2012.

The charge? Manslaughter.

As soon as Lamb of God landed in Prague earlier today, police arrested Blythe and brought him in for questioning. Band reps are stating that he’s been wrongly accused and lawyers are on the case, expecting Blythe to be exonerated.

We love Lamb of God, but we all saw that video (above) in which Blythe got knocked out on the sidewalk after a bitch-fest on the tour bus, making it a surprise that he could actually cause fatal injuries to a Prague fan. Reports are saying that Blythe engaged in a fight with a fan at a 2010 show at the Abaton.

Well, if Randy Blythe is guilty, our hearts go out to the victim’s family and friends. This will certainly taint heavy metal’s reputation. If he’s innocent, let’s get the show on the road. I guess if he’s guilty the band could always use a hologram of Blythe on stage.
