Christmas is upon us, which means it’s time to get into the spirit of things with Christmas horror movies. So, to help you get as festive as you can, here’s a look at Mercy Christmas, from writer/director Ryan Nelson. If you live in North America, you’re in luck, as the horror-comedy is available on most VOD platforms. Unfortunately, if you live in Europe you’ll have to wait at least until the Christmas 2018 season to enjoy the horror-comedy Mercy Christmas; the movie has just been picked up by DevilWorks, who will begin presenting the the movie to international buyers at the European Film Market in February.

Mercy Christmas tells the story of Michael Briskett, an overworked loner who meets a beautiful new co-worker. Michael’s ideal Christmas dream comes true when she invites him to her family’s Holiday celebration. His dream shatters and Michael struggles to survive once he realizes that HE will be Christmas dinner.
