Album Download and Stream featuring Gypsyhawk and Pilgrim now live!
Back on September 15, Metal Blade Records and Scion A/V teamed up to bring you the label’s showcase featuring Six Feet Under, Cattle Decapitation, Battlecross, Gypsyhawk, and Pilgrim for a free matinee show at the Glasshouse in Pomona, California. As if the free showcase that celebrated 30 years of Metal Blade Records wasn’t cool enough, Scion A/V had a crew on hand to conduct interviews with each of the bands for a series of video interviews and record the showcase for a free limited 7″ release and digital download/stream featuring a track each from Gypsyhawk and Pilgrim.
Head over to AOL Music to download (or stream) the digital copy of the 7″ and to check out the video interviews with all of the bands that performed the showcase. Also, there is a video clip featuring members of Metal Blade’s staff who offer some insight into the world of the heavy metal music industry. I actually found the staff interviews really interesting (see below for some enlightenment).
