Nervecell Personifies Death On “Amok Doctrine”

There’s a reason why Nervecell is Dubai’s number one death metal export, and the new video for “Amok Doctrine” says it all. It’s actually just a “live” performance video, but one listen to the thrash metal-inspired riffs and the pure guttural growls and you’ll be a believer that true death is alive and well. The video is actually a precursor to the re-release of Nervecell’s Psychogenocide album, which sees light on January 27th, via Unique Leader Records.

Produced and engineered by guitarist Rami H. Mustafa at Spellbind Studio in Dubai, UAE, with drums engineered by Joe Haley at Red Planet Studios in Hobart, Australia, then mixed and mastered by Wojtek and Slawek Wieslawscy at Hertz Studios (Behemoth, Vader, Decapitated) in Bialystok, Poland, Psychogenocide boasts Psycroptic’s David Haley on session drums as well a guest vocal appearance from Nile’s Karl Sanders on “Shunq (To The Despaired…King Of Darkness).”
