The Omen terrified viewers for decades, but writer/director Eli Craig (Tucker & Dale vs. Evil) has a fun take on the classic horror film, which will allow most fans to sleep a little easier at night.
Netflix presents Little Evil, an upcoming offbeat horror-comedy about love, family, and the Antichrist. In fact, it’s entirely an homage to The Omen, so you can guess what kind of mishaps will happen throughout the film.
Gary has just married the love of his life, Samantha, and is now the stepfather to her quirky 5 year old son, Lucas (Owen Atlas). But he soon finds himself in increasingly odd situations around the child, which drives him to believe his new stepson may actually be the spawn of Satan.
Little Evil stars Adam Scott, Evangeline Lilly, Donald Faison, Bridget Everett, and Chris D’Elia. The film is slated for Netflix on September 1st. Ahead of its premiere, horror hound can get a glimpse on what’s to come in a brand new trailer.
