Periphery, who release two new albums on January 27th, via Sumerian Records — Juggernaut: Alpha and Juggernaut: Omega — has just made “Graveless,” from Omega, available for fans to hear. It was streaming at MetalSucks, but the video player that was there didn’t work, so I found this endearing version with Pokachu for you to enjoy (see the player above).
Adam “Nolly” Getgood explains the track:
‘Graveless’ is one of my favorite songs on the record! It’s fast and aggressive, but morphs into something beautiful and catchy as the song progresses. There’s an element of the classic Periphery sound in there, but with all band members pushing to take things to the next level it’s got a whole palette of colors that the band hasn’t explored before too.
Digital and physical pre-orders for the pair of albums are available now with instant downloads of “22 Faces,” “The Scourge,” and “The Bad Thing” available via iTunes. Physical pre-order bundles, which include The JuggerDoc, a documentary on the making of the new albums, are available here.
A series of webisodes documenting the recording sessions for the Juggernaut releases have been shared with fans over the past month. The clips can be found on Sumerian Records’ YouTube channel.
