Paranormal Activity 5 Confirmed For Halloween 2013

Less than a week later of the opening of Paranormal Activity 4 in theaters, Paramount has already confirmed the fifth installment to the supernatural horror franchise, and has given green-light to release Paranormal Activity 5 for next Halloween.

According to the box office numbers, PA4 has earned $30.2 million over the weekend in North America, which actually falls short of the last two sequels. Despite the negative reactions, and poor reviews on the film so far, including ours by NoFaceNorm, PA4 is doing very well overseas showing indications that it will still earn a solid profit in comparison to the opening numbers of the last sequel, worldwide that is.

So far no director or writer is attached to the next sequel, but it is reported that Oren Peli and Jason Blum will once again produce Paranormal Activity 5.
