Phoenix Jones Wins Pro MMA Fight And Stops Attempted Murder In Seattle [VIDEO]

Roughly 24 hours after rebounding with a rare headscissors submission win over Roberto Yong at World Series of Fighting 23: Gaethje vs. Palomino II, Ben Fodor, aka Phoenix Jones, a real-life superhero turned MMA star encountered a man who was pistol-whipping another man outside of a nightclub early Sunday morning on Capitol Hill in Seattle.

According to reports, Jones was on his routine patrol in the area and witnessed a bloody bar fight between four men. He then sprung into action and knocked a guy out to prevent him from killing the victim, who was taken to Harborview Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The officers later booked three suspect into the King County Jail for investigation of assault. One of them, a 30-year-old man, was is a convicted felon, was booked for investigation of assault and unlawful possession of a firearm.
