Fortunately, those terrible production days are over for George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road due to unexpected weather that forced the post-apocalyptic movie to undergo numerous reshoots. Personally, I’m a little pissed that George Lucas did warn Miller about the dangers of filming a movie in the desert like his experience with Star Wars: Episode 1. If he said something, then everyone would have been happier today because the bloody movie would have been finished eighteen months earlier. Fans of Mad Max could have been lining up at theaters this year instead of next. But I guess Lucas was far too busy thinking about his assets from selling off his Star Wars franchise to Disney.
Anyhow, Mad Max: Fury Road is currently in post-production and official images from the movie was revealed last month. Now, marketing material is starting to make its way online with the very first poster unveil. I believe it’s a lovely day for that!
Mad Max: Fury Road hits theaters on May 15th, 2015.
