Travis Barker Harkens Back To The ’90s

Travis Barker (Blink-182) has put together a side project that involves some big hitters from the ’90s, as well as some hipster rapper from England calling himself Scroobius Pip. Barker has called upon the talents of Wes Borland (Limp Bizkit) and Danny Lohner (ex-Nine Inch Nails) for his clandestine project. Pretty much all we’ve heard is a post Barker made on his Instagram, “In the lab creating with these talented gentlemen.”

Considering the backgrounds of this collection of musicians, it’s likely that the project will be more hip-hop than metal or punk. I think the best we can hope for is a hybrid of genres.

We’ll keep you posted as this project develops, but we’re not wholly optimistic about it.
