In Michael O’Shea’s atmospheric vampire thriller The Transfiguration, Milo (Eric Ruffin) has an odd fascination with blood suckers, but it appears like a bond with a new found girlfriend Sophie (Chloe Levine) is exposing his inner dark fantasy.
Ahead of screenings later this month, two new clips have been released for a closer look at the well-received horror film.
The Transfiguration follows troubled teen Milo who hides behind his fascination with vampire lore. When he meets the equally alienated Sophie, the two form a bond that begins to challenge Milo’s dark obsession, blurring his fantasy into reality. A chilling portrait of violence, The Transfiguration is an atmospheric thriller set against the grit of New York City.
The Transfiguration will be shown at the Angelika Film Center on April 7th and at The Nuart Theatre in Los Angeles on April 21st. A national release will follow after those dates.
In the meantime, check out these two short clips and spread the word!
