Check out Pascal Laugier’s new trailer for The Tall Man starring Jessica Biel, Jodelle Ferland and Stephen McHattie.
All I can really say at the moment is that it has been a long wait for anything decent on The Tall Man. A few low res promo stills, and a boring demo reel to say the least. But from what this trailer (with french subtitles, The Secret) shows us. It’s fair to say the wait was well worth it in my opinion.
Although it doesn’t look anything extreme, or intense as Martyrs. I still feel certain that the French horror director will pull off a great story without all the unnecessary gore (which I happen to crave), but grab the audience more on suspense, and a puzzling climax that will unravel the legend of the Tall Man, a mysterious individual who allegedly abducts children.
The Tall Man hits the big screen on August 31, 2012. Mark it in your calender since it will be a LIMITED theater release, and will be available on DVD September 25, 2012.
