Having fought through adversity many times through his career, Patrick Côté will hope to engage in a standup war against Italian middleweight Alessio Sakara at UFC 154 on Saturday, November 17, 2012.
“I’m not a technical fighter but I have a big heart”.
Côté’s intentions have never been ambiguous. He will be looking to exchange with Sakara and more than happy to end the fight on his feet. The Rimouski-born fighter has never been knocked out and will be looking to climb back into the division’s top 5 with a win over his opponent.
Coming off a decision loss against Cung Le, Côté knows this fight is a must-win for both fighters.
“My goal is to get back on a winning streak and having another title fight”.
