Cradle of Filth‘s latest effort, The Manticore and Other Horrors, has entered the Billboard Top 100 at Number 96 (details below). However, can this be partially attributed to how Billboard has changed how the charts are determined? As reported recently, Billboard has started including digital sales and online streams, as well as radio airplay, in its totals. While this doesn’t exactly account for viral crap like Psy’s “Gangnam Style,” it could be a step in the right direction. If Cradle of Filth’s chart position is an indication of this, let the fans speak.
