Christopher Nolan – Interstellar
Although they’re months away from going into production, a release date has already been set for Christopher Nolan’s upcoming sci-fi film, Interstellar, and it’s coming to IMAX.
As we reported a few months back, the script was penned by Nolan’s brother, Jonathan Nolan, and Chris will be polishing the script in the coming months. There are also two studios attached to Interstellar: Warner Bros. will co-finance and handle international distribution while Paramount will take care of domestic distribution.
For now, you can expect to see Interstellar in theaters on November 7, 2014. Depending on exactly when Star Wars, Episode VII will be released in 2015, I’m guessing the 2014 release of Interstellar is a move to avoid competing with the sci-fi franchise that started it all.
