Winter won’t ever be over until Norwegian director Tommy Wirkola says it is, or at least until his sequel to Dead Snow gets an official release date. We’re hoping the Dead Snow sequel will be available very soon because we dig his first zomedy so much. In fact, if you’re a fan of the original Evil Dead series, especially Evil Dead 2, then most likely you’re a fan of this new franchise.
I’m saying this is a franchise already because I’m pretty sure we can expect a Dead Snow 3 in the future, if the second installment is another hit, of course.
But before we get too ahead of ourselves, we should just focus on Dead Snow 2 entitled, Dead Snow: War Of The Dead, and the first pics from the film. The gallery above proves that Wirkola is working on it, and that filming is currently underway.

About Dead Snow: War Of The Dead
In the sequel, the story follows the sole survivor of a Nazi zombie attack who battles an even larger army of Zombies with the help of a professional gang of American zombie killers who call themselves the Zombie Squad.
