If you’re looking to pop in a slasher that features lots of T&A and driller madness, then I have a strong feeling The Slumber Party Massacre won’t disappoint you. Thanks to Scream Factory, they’ve gone back into the vaults to bring you a new HD transfer taken from the original camera negative of The Slumber Party Massacre. If you missed the sleepover in 1982, you’ll soon be able to experience it, but even better.
Sadly, because of financial reasons Scream Factory is only releasing the original on Blu-ray, but if lots of horror fans purchase it, expect Part 2 and Part 3 to come in the near future.
There aren’t any details about Blu-ray extras yet or even an actual release date, but early estimates put it out sometime early next year. We’ll keep you in the know once those details become available or get confirmed. So stay tuned to Yell! Magazine.
