Marvel Studios is taking full advantage of the remaining days of 2013 by rolling out some teaser images for its upcoming Captain America: The Winter Soldier. The images will be available tomorrow, December 31st, in Empire Magazine‘s print issue, but you can catch a peek at them right now, right here.
You’ll notice that Chris Evans makes his return in the titular role, as well as Scarlett Johansson as her Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow from The Avengers. The pictures also reveal a glimpse at the villains, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier and Robert Redford as Alexander Pierce.
Personally, I only liked the first half of Captain America: The First Avenger, so I’m hesitant about the sequel. However, a relic from the past trying to cope with the modern world should be good for a couple laughs. So… I’m betting that I’ll only like the first half of The Winter Soldier too.
