So for those of you who care, Mötley Crüe is calling it quits… again. Although this time they promise that they will be ending after over three decades together. In fact, their announcement is so official that they’ve even signed a “cessation of touring” agreement, which takes effect at the end of 2015, in front of media in Los Angeles today. Maybe they felt that it was time to quit? With the direction music and metal is going today, hair metal isn’t really a thing anymore. There are a few bands that still bring it to the table (Steel Panther, but that’s still partially a comedy act), each and every year, but too many genres are going to shit. You can thank the hipsters and emo garbage for this one.

With the announcement of their 15th retirement, Motley Crüe has also announced a tour of North America. Pretty much it’ll be similar to KISS‘ farewell tour. Below is a list of scheduled concert dates.
Actually, Mötley Crüe finished up a tour with KISS last year, so one of two things happened: either Crüe has had too much of a good time through the years or they saw KISS and said, “No way, dude. We are not ending up like that!”
