It’s finally here. The series finale in the Arkham franchise. And while it’s been announced that Scarecrow will be Batman: Arkham Knight‘s principal villain, it looks as though a lot of the bad boys have come out to play to put an end to the Caped Crusader.
To the chagrin of many gamers, Batman: Arkham Knight is a next-gen and PC exclusive. Since a lot of people haven’t made the upgrade to PS4 or Xbox One yet, it’s seems a little unfair that WB Games and Rocksteady didn’t make it available on PS3 or 360.
Nonetheless, the cutscene trailer leaves us wanting more. It just looks that fantastic, action-packed, dark, and serious. My only complaint is that with a message from Bruce’s father, it sounds a bit like Jor-El speaking to Kal-El, posthumously.
The projected worldwide release date for Batman: Arkham Knight is October 14, 2014.
