Alien: Isolation Has A Release Date

Alien: Isolation

Graphically, Alien: Isolation is looking like the sharpest game in the Alien video game franchise. There’s no doubt about that if you have seen some of the amazing screenshots we posted earlier. But will the gameplay suffer like the last installment? That’s the big question that we won’t really know the answer to until later this year. Which means the games developer, Creative Assembly, has confirmed the release date for Alien: Isolation and it’s still a bit of a stretch from today.

But before we get to the release date, you should get an idea on what you’re going to get. From what we have seen so far in the trailers and footage of the game with commentary from the developer, Isolation is pretty much like the Slender video game. You walk around as Ellen Ripley’s daughter with a spotlight and you need to reach different checkpoints on a spaceship to discover the truth about her mother’s disappearance 15 years ago before a Xenomorph kills you.

That’s just a rough idea, and you should expect to see lots of twists and turns throughout the game with amazing sound effects.

So, get ready for it, here is the announcement you’ve been waiting. Alien: Isolation officially drops on October 7th on the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PC.
