Crematory Take 2015 Off, But Release “Virus” Video + Upcoming DVD

Crematory will take a break from all their live activities in 2015, to concentrate on their new album and it’s recording. All planed shows for 2015 have been postponed till 2016. Additionally, two band members are realigning in business matters.

However, Crematory won’t be resting on their laurels. They band started writing new songs this month and will enter the studio from the mid-May till the end of June for the new album, which will be released early 2016, just in time for their 25th anniversary. The successor of the high-flying, charting album, Antiserum, will include some surprises and will leave the fans more than happy!

Crematory just released their third video, “Virus,” from Antiserum, which was recorded at the legendary Wacken Open Air in 2014! Check it out in the player above. (Obviously, the track is better than the video.)

To span their live inactivity this year, the band has decided to release the whole Wacken show as a DVD, including private backstage footage, detailed interviews, footage from their rehearsal room, and the three music videos from Antiserum!

The yet untitled DVD will be released through SPV/Steamhammer on the June 17th, in Scandinavia; June 19th, in Germany; June 22nd, in Europe; while the U.S. release date will be announced soon.
