On May 15th, George Miller returns with the hotly anticipated reboot of his 1979 classic, Mad Max. To get here, Miller burned through $150 million to introduce a new angle and a new cast to the hordes of anxious fans waiting for Mad Max: Fury Road. As he says:
I wanted to tell a linear story — a chase that starts as the movie begins and continues for 110 minutes. There are few digital effects and even less dialogue in the movie; in this crucible of very intense action, the characters are revealed.

Mad Max: Fury Road Synopsis:
In a future where fuel is scarce and water is scarcer, damaged warrior Max Rockatansky (Tom Hardy) is drawn into the struggle of Imperator Furiosa (Charlize Theron), a badass commander who has fled an evil warlord’s citadel with a harem of women who are looking for a new home.
The latest promo clip to emerge spends most of its time referencing the original films before getting into the new stuff, and it all looks fantastic, however, I think that no matter how good Fury Road is I’ll always remain partial to Mel Gibson’s Mad Max.
