After an extended intro of fuzz and feedback, Fight Amputation‘s newest single, “Ex Everything,” blasts off into a full-on grungy sludge fest with lots of crashing being pulled off from behind the kit. The track comes off of Fight Amp’s upcoming album, Constantly Off, and can be heard now over at Noisey.
Constantly Off, the band’s first new record in three years, is set for release on June 9th, via Brutal Panda Records. The album was recorded in August 2014, at Gradwell House Studios in Haddon Heights, New Jersey, with engineer Steve Poponi (Ladder Devils, Fight Amp, Into It, Over It).
Constantly Off will be released on limited-edition vinyl with the artwork available in three different colored covers including pink, yellow/royal blue, and black. Pre-orders are available here. Additionally, a limited-edition cassette version will be released by Lost Tape Collective (pre-order here), while CD and digital versions are available here.
