In episode 1 of UFC 190 Embedded, the cameras give UFC fans a behind-the-scenes look at the most dominant female athlete and polarizing champion, Ronda Rousey, ahead of her seventh title defense coming up this Saturday night against Bethe Correia. As you will see in the video clip, Rousey is currently training in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is seeking perfection in the gym and also makes rounds with the media to talk about her fight. Across the nation in Natal, title challenger Bethe Correia gets some training time on the beach in the heat and beauty treatments.
