Welsh metal act, Skindred, has never really toed the heavy metal line, offering something with a bit more variety than the status quo and something much less cliche than the likes of Korn or Limp Bizkit (yeah, I lump those two together). Skindred’s latest track, “Sound the Siren,” proves their mission. Head on over to Metal Sucks to hear the track in all its intensity.
“Sound the Siren” calls Skindred’s sixth studio album, Volume, home. The Napalm Records debut gets released on October 30th, and pre-orders can be made here. The album was recorded at The Strongroom studio in East London and was produced by longtime collaborator James “Lerock” Loughrey (previously worked with the likes of White Zombie, Depeche Mode, Manic Street Preachers).
