I’m not huge on dance music or rave music or club music or D&B, but I think it can be kinda cool when it’s combined with elements of rock/heavy metal and has a tinge of Goth. This is precisely the case with Celldweller, the project led by electronic music producer and musician, Klayton, and its latest duo of tracks, “Jericho” and “Breakout,” the latter featuring Scandroid.
Check out the lyric video for “Breakout” in the player above and “Jericho” just below.
The tracks come off Celldweller’s just-released third album, the sci-fi concept work, End of an Empire. Order the album here.
If Celldweller’s music sounds ideal for inclusion on a soundtrack, be it in film, television, or in video games, that’s because it is. Celldweller’s music has been featured in such enterprises as Need For Speed, Dead Rising, Robocop, Iron Man, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, X-Men, Call of Duty: Elite, and countless others.
