The UFC is back with another episode of UFC 196 Embedded, but this time with much more focus on the co-headliners of UFC 196, Holly Holm and Miesha Tate.
In this episode, Tate handles a day of media obligations and arm wrestling at a radio station. While reigning bantamweight champion Holly Holm stays busy inside the gym as she counts down to her Saturday night title defense. Welterweight star Nate Diaz gets in an old-school workout, and his main event opponent Conor McGregor continues living large and training light in Hermosa Beach.
UFC 196: McGregor vs. Diaz will be held on March 5, 2016 in Las Vegas.
