During media week for UFC 196, it looks like Nate Diaz is slowing down in the verbal assault exchange with UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor. In two new interviews, McGregor swiped Diaz clean with a barrage of insults, specifically targeting Diaz’s financial status and body weight.
At one point McGregor said,
You don’t know me. You don’t know where the fuck I came from. I’ll ride into Stockton and take everyone out. Bunch of snitches in Stockton. I never heard of Stockton in my life!
Obviously, Diaz didn’t hold back with insults during the interviews, but it was far from the delivery of McGregor. In the CNBC interview, Diaz took his mic off during a question and walked off the set.
