Iron Maiden’s Ed Force One Lands At YUL

As any Iron Maiden fan knows, the legendary heroes of the NWOBHM are currently on tour in support of The Book of Souls. And once again, Bruce Dickinson is piloting Ed Force One, only this time the plane is bigger! It’s a massive 747, and some plane spotter captured the “heavy metal” on video as it landed and taxied at Montreal’s Pierre-Elliott Trudeau (YUL) airport.

As you’ll see in the player above, the plane is adorned in amazing Maiden art, and despite the inclement weather the plane is still gorgeous to see. There’s also great audio to be heard between Dickinson and the tower. Stick around for the end of the video to see the band disembark.

I wonder if the passengers give applause when Bruce lands!
