The fight card for UFC 205 is slowly coming to fruition. The UFC is finally making its way to New York City later this year and five fights have been officially announced.
On Wednesday night, the five MSG fight where dropped via UFC Tonight. Among them is welterweight scrap between UFC fan favorite Donald Cerrone and Kelvin Gastelum, along with a featherweight bout between Frankie Edgar and Jeremy Stephens.
In addition, middleweight bouts between former 205-pound champion Rashad Evans and Tim Kennedy, as well as a Tim Boetsch and Rafael Natal was also mentioned. Lastly, the MSG fight card will feature a women’s strawweight bout between New Jersey-based fighter Katlyn Chookagian and Liz Carmouche, who was last seen inside the Octagon at UFC Fight Night: Mendes vs. Lamas in April 2015.
UFC 205 will be held on November 12, 2016 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York.
