UFC events have stalled for a short bit, but that’s all about to change in November. In fact, it’s a massive month for the UFC. There’s going to be three kick ass fight cards that you absolutely don’t want to miss.
To start the month of well, undefeated American mixed martial artist Tony Ferguson will be stepping in the Octagon this weekend to take on the former UFC lightweight champion, Rafael dos Anjos.
Ahead of the UFC Fight Night event in Mexico City, Ferguson explains his training regimen in a new video preview. Ferguson is pretty much going back to the basics during his preparation for Dos Anjos. Ferguson, 32, winner of The Ultimate Fighter 13 is currently in the victory lane with 8 straight wins since his loss to Michael Johnson in 2012.
