In a few more weeks the next installment in the Star Wars franchise will finally hit the big screen. Ahead of the epic release, fans can preview a new behind-the-scenes featurette with director Gareth Edwards and the cast for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, which focuses on the making of the film and story’s timeline to Star Wars: A New Hope.
In a time of conflict, a group of unlikely heroes band together on a mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction. This key event in the Star Wars timeline brings together ordinary people who choose to do extraordinary things, and in doing so, become part of something greater than themselves.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story stars Felicity Jones, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Donnie Yen, Ben Mendelsohn, Diego Luna, and Forest Whitaker.
The film blasts into theaters on December 16th.
