by Portuguese hardcore band Reality Slap are proving that hardcore isn’t limited to North America. In the vein of Suicidal Tendencies, Reality Slap has released the video for the title track of their impending Limitless EP. Great riffing, a frantic pace, and a fantastic groove define this track.
Vocalist Johnny commented on the new video:
‘Limitless’ is the first video for the new EP. We wanted to get a little trippy and show a bit of the vibe of our new sound. The DIY spirit is always present in everything we do, it’s a very important side of this scene so we got our hands dirty and did everything ourselves at [drummer] Tiago’s house in one afternoon. We have a thing about trashing houses while playing music as everyone can see when we played a show at our friend’s flat and recorded a video for ‘The End.’
WAR Records will issue Limitless on vinyl, CD, and digital on January 13, 2017. Pre-orders are available at iTunes and the colored vinyl and bundles at WAR Records.
Reality Slap has also been confirmed to take part in You Are Part Of This Tour 2017, a massive hardcore tour set to raid Europe in February, the package also including, Deez Nuts, Comeback Kid, First Blood, Hellions, Risk It, and Get The Shot. See dates below.
