We all know virtual reality is the next big thing and it’s time for horror to cover the hot technology again. In the past, Brett Leonard made two successful films based on VR called The Lawnmower Man and Virtuosity, now we can look forward to Let’s Be Evil by Martin Owen.
The upcoming film which stars Elizabeth Morris takes audiences into a terrifying new VR game with deadly consequences.
Desperately in need of money to care for a sick parent, Jenny (Elizabeth Morris) takes a job supervising children at a learning center for gifted students. But when she and two other new employees are ushered into a maximum-security underground bunker where eerily robotic children are outfitted with augmented reality glasses, Jenny finds herself thrust into a disturbing technological experiment in which she is an unwitting player in a terrifying virtual game.
With a release slated for December 13th, horror hounds can get early peek at Let’s Be Evil through a brand new HD clip. In addition, watch the official trailer right below.
