As most of you already know by now, there’s a full Conor McGregor documentary coming out later this year, which covers the Irishman’s pre-UFC days fighting in Ireland up until his epic pro boxing debut against Floyd Mayweather.
According to the official website, Notorious: The Film has been documented over the course of 4 years and will potentially feature new footage never-before-seen, but overall it appears like re-used footage from the UFC.
Filmed over the course of 4 years, Notorious is the exclusive, all-access account of Conor’s meteoric rise from claiming benefits and living in his parents’ spare room in Dublin to claiming multiple championship UFC belts and seven figure pay-packets in Las Vegas. Featuring unprecedented access, never before seen moments and explosive fight footage, this is the ultimate behind-the-scenes look at a sporting icon and his spectacular rise from the bottom to the very top.
The film stars Conor McGregor, Dee Devlin, Dana White, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Jose Aldo. The documentary from Universal Pictures will be released in theaters in the UK and Ireland on Nov. 1, in the United States on Nov. 8 and Australia and New Zealand on Nov. 9. The rest of the world will be able to watch it next year.
