Black Wail Avenges Toxic Waste On “Chromium Homes”

Before reading a word of the write-up on metalinjection.net, where the track is being featured, I got a huge Deep Purple vibe coming off of the new track, “Chromium Homes,” from Jersey City’s Black Wail. It’s bluesy and psychedelic, and perhaps has a bit of an occult vibe, and the guitar solo, that thing is definitely conjuring some heavy Hendrix and/or Stevie Ray Vaughn influence.

The track is the title track of the band’s new album, which will be released on December 15th. As for the toxic waste reference in the title, the song and album title is a reference to the poisonous waste from abandoned industrial sites in Jersey City.

Have a listen over at metalinjection.net and if you like it pre-order the album here.
