Many horror hounds played as Jason Voorhees online in the asymmetrical multiplayer component of Friday the 13th: The Game, but now they can take on new challenges as the masked killer in single player.
That’s right! At no additional cost gamers will be able to play Jason in free single player challenges, courtesy of Gun Media and IllFonic. To tease fans on what’s to come, the developers shared a new gameplay trailer of a typical car troubled level, mostly seen throughout the F13 film franchise. So there’s a solid chance you won’t be surprised of the outcome today.
Friday the 13th: The Game has sold over 2 million copies since its launch in May 2017. The game is currently 50% off on Steam, for a price of $19.99. The new single player challenges are work-in-progress, but we expect them to be released within the next month or two.
