UFC 218: Holloway vs. Aldo 2 goes down tonight! A fight card MMA fans will be excited to watch since it features a rematch with one of UFC’s all-time greatest pound-for-pound fighters.
Initially, Max Holloway was expected to face Frankie Edgar, however, on November 11 Edgar was forced to withdraw from the fight citing injury. He was then replaced by the one-and-only former UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo. Both men met previously at UFC 212, Holloway took and unified the 145-pound belt in the third round of the main event.
Besides a highly-anticipated rematch, tonight’s fight card also features a heavyweight bout between Alistair Overeem and Francis Ngannou, a lightweight bout between Eddie Alvarez and Justin Gaethje, and last but not least an exciting bout between Tecia Torres and Michelle Waterson.
