Max Payne 3: The Return of Payne or Fisher

Max Payne 3 is currently being developed by Rockstar Vancouver instead of the original creator Remedy Entertainment. So far, very little news is known on this gem of a game, but based on some early screen leaks of Max Payne 3 the game will be criticized, and we’ll be among the critics for similarities between the new look of Payne who is 12 years older, set after the events in Max Payne 2, with Sam Fisher from Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Double Agent.

Rockstar Games explained that a new chapter of Sam’s life will be told and set in São Paulo instead of New York as a security agent for a wealthy local family. Now Payne is searching for the truth and looking for a way out from his past.

“This is Max as we’ve never seen him before, a few years older, more world-weary and cynical than ever.” – Sam Houser, Rockstar Games
