Want an early look at what the remastered 1080p version of Resident Evil will look like? Then watch this new gameplay video featuring footage of Jill Valentine encountering a monster as she looks for clues inside the Spencer Mansion with S.T.A.R.S. team member, Barry Burton.
The new video clip above will give you a good taste of how far Capcom has gone in remastering the classic video game using the latest resolution enhancement and 3-D model technology. You’ll notice that textures have been significantly upgraded and that the characters are coming to life in greater detail than ever seen before in Resident Evil. As far as the control schemes go, the game will allow fans to use the classic controls of the original play style or use the alternative scheme where the character moves directly in the direction of the analogue stick.
Resident Evil Remastered hits the PC, PS3, PS4, XBox 360, and XBox One on January 20, 2015, in North America and Europe.
