The word is out! Following Kelvin Gastelum’s massive win over a MMA legend on the weekend and calling out Anderson Silva in the presser, his wish to fight the former reigning UFC middleweight champion has been officially granted.
The UFC announced the news via Twitter yesterday, confirming a 185-pound bout between Gastelum and Silva, which will serve as the co-main for UFC 212. The main event will be a championship bout between UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo and Max Holloway.
